These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the HD game mobile applications and related services (Service) operated by HD game (we, us, or our).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Purchases and Payments
When making a purchase, you may be required to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information. You confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any purchase due to product availability, pricing or description errors, order errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal transactions.
Prices, product information, features, and availability may change or contain errors. We may correct or update such information at any time without prior notice.
2. Subscriptions
Certain features may be offered through paid subscriptions (Subscription). Subscriptions may be billed weekly, monthly, annually, or according to the plan displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew for the same period and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing information. If payment fails, we may request that you complete payment manually or suspend access to the Subscription.
You can cancel automatic renewal through your account or the applicable app store subscription settings. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial for a limited period. If payment information is required, you will not be charged during the trial period.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically begin and the applicable fee will be charged according to the selected plan.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any free trial offer at any time.
4. Subscription Fee Changes and Refunds
We may change Subscription fees. Any change will generally apply from the next billing period, and we will provide reasonable notice when required.
Except where required by applicable law or the relevant app store's policies, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. User Content
The Service may allow you to submit, post, store, share, or otherwise provide text, images, videos, graphics, or other content (Content).
You are solely responsible for your Content and must have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share it.
By submitting Content through the Service, you grant HD game a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and make the Content available as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You must not submit Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account. You must not share your password and should notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
If you use third-party login services such as Facebook, we may receive information made available through that service, such as your name, user ID, profile information, and other information permitted by your account settings. Certain account information, such as your username, may be visible to other users when social features are enabled.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, features, graphics, trademarks, and original content provided by HD game, is owned by or licensed to HD game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, or exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
8. Copyright Complaints
If you believe that Content available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information describing the alleged infringement.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end.

The Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that it will meet all of your requirements.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD game and its directors, employees, partners, agents, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
